PanelPrep is an independent project run from Israel. We collect as little as we can, and only to run and improve the tool.

Your drawings

Pattern files you load are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded to us, unless you choose to attach one to a problem report.

What we collect

• Your account: your email, a securely hashed version of your password (we never store or see the password itself), what you cut with, the country you signed up from, and your trial and plan dates.
• Upgrade requests: the plan you chose and the phone number you left, so we can arrange payment.
• Usage counts: when the editor opens, when a pattern loads or fails, and when you download a file. Downloads are linked to your account.
• Problem reports: what you write, the email you give (optional), your editor settings, your browser version, and the DXF file if you choose to attach it.
• Saved projects stay in your own browser and are not sent to us.

What we do with it

• Run your account, trial and plan, and contact you about payment when you ask for a plan.
• Email you about PanelPrep: product news, and pricing before it changes. Nothing else.
• Fix files and features that don't work.
• Decide what to build next.

We don't sell or share your data. It is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts the site. A login cookie keeps you signed in for 30 days; it is used for nothing else.

Your choices

To unsubscribe, see what we hold about you, or have your account deleted, send a request through Report a problem in the editor with the email you used. We act on it within 30 days.
