Terms of use

PanelPrep is a web tool for preparing decorative screen panels for cutting. It is run from Israel by Ofir Salomon, a licensed sole proprietor (עוסק פטור). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Your account and the free trial

• Every new account gets a free 3-day trial with all features, including downloads. No card is needed.
• After the trial you can keep designing, saving projects and viewing in 3D. Downloading files (DXF, SVG, ZIP) needs an active plan.
• One account is for one person. Please don't share your login.

Plans and payment

• Monthly plan: ₪89 per month. Yearly plan: ₪790 per year. Prices are in Israeli shekels. As a licensed sole proprietor we don't charge VAT.
• For now, payment is arranged directly with us (Bit or bank transfer). Your plan starts as soon as the payment is received, and we send a receipt for every payment.
• Plans do not renew automatically. Before your plan ends we'll ask whether you want to continue.
• If prices change, we'll tell you in advance. A plan you already paid for keeps its price until it ends.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time by sending a request through “Report a problem” in the editor, with the email you signed up with. We confirm the cancellation within 3 business days.

• Within 14 days of paying, you can cancel and get your money back, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower.
• After that, the monthly plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
• For the yearly plan, we refund the full months you haven't used yet.
• Refunds are paid back the way you paid, within 14 days of the cancellation.

Your files and designs

• DXF files and photos you load are processed in your browser. They stay yours.
• Files you make with PanelPrep, including ones made from patterns in our library, are yours to cut, sell, and install for your clients. That includes commercial work.
• You may not resell or give away the library itself: for example, publishing the patterns as a pattern pack, a download collection, or inside another tool.
• Only load images and files you have the right to use. If you trace someone else's design, the rights to it are not ours to give.

Fair use

• Don't try to get around the download limit, break into accounts, or overload the service.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. If you had paid for a plan, we refund the unused part unless the account was used for fraud.

Changes and the law that applies

• If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and tell account holders about important changes by email before they apply.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, including the Consumer Protection Law. Any dispute will be heard by the competent courts in Israel.
